This is why most of the fruits and vegetables my kid eats are in puree form and sneaked in. Every once in a while he gives me a break and deigns to nosh on something he usually shrinks away from. Like spinach leaves.
have you tried yummy smoothies to get more fruit in their diet?
They totally ate apples and grapes today!
