I've seen the gospel rap CD guy too. I think you should get a copy. A list of tracks from best to worst could be quite the project...
that guy in pic 1 is the newspaperguy that works e parkway and sam cooper on the e parkway side. he's usually got a big plastic chair that he brings from home, an old school transistor radio out, and he's doing the crossword puzzles while he's working.

I've seen that big bird eating something dead on a rooftop at Highland and Walnut Grove. Or doing a crossword at East Parkway and Sam Cooper, I forget which one now.
I have been seeing a ton of hawks in the city lately.
I wish you could see the truck with the "Remodelating" ad in the back window composed entirely of those reflective letter sticky tiles like you put on mailboxes.
