What I Ate in New Orleans

  1. shrimp etouffee
  2. pistolettes
  3. ham & cheese po-boy
  4. muffaletta
  5. beignets
  6. shrimp po-boy
  7. raw oyster (just 1)
  8. shrimp etouffee at K Paul's
  9. veggies & pecan pie at Dooky Chase
  10. shrimp remoulade
  11. sweet potato & crawfish bisque
  12. a taste of brisket
  13. filet mignon
  14. I won't even list everything I had at the Harrah's buffet on Christmas.
  15. another muffaletta

You were there for Christmas? We're going for our 5th wedding anniversary this May. Dropping the kids off at the grandparents and taking the train. It's the only way to go! Can't wait to go back to the Crescent City. How is it Post-Katrina?

That olive mixture they put on the mufalettas is amazing!
