Here's a funny one for the first day of summer for most of the kids in Memphis - my friend Heather sings the praises of school uniforms:
Why I Love Uniforms:
- Easy to shop for
- They tear up school clothes anyway
- No arguments about what to wear that day
- My child doesn't have to worry about who is wearing the latest cool fashion and can concentrate on learning
Editors Notes: The child in question just finished first grade, so the "latest cool fashion" part makes me giggle :)
